MarkShield generates trademark risk briefs and search strategies with AI. By using it you agree to these terms.
Your content
You keep all rights to the brand names and product details you submit and to the risk briefs you generate. You are responsible for making final legal decisions based on the briefs.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or in ways that disrupt it for others. We may suspend access that abuses the service.
Payments
MarkShield is a paid service billed through our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Always consult a qualified trademark attorney before launching a new product line or relying on a risk brief.
